Sri Michael Owens, the Living Sehaji Master will be speaking at 8 PM on Saturday night and 10:00 AM on Sunday morning.

A suggestion to prepare for the upcoming retreat is to begin writing in a journal now - ask questions like "What do I need to learn for my next spiritual step?" "What goals do I need to attain for my life contract?" Sing 5 Hu's, then contemplate and write the answers. Bring the journal to the retreat and continue to write reflections during and after the retreat
